When will I receive my publication?
If the item you have ordered is already published, you will normally receive it by email within 24 hours of placing your order. If it is not yet published, you can expect to receive it within 24 hours of the actual publication date.
Can I have a multi-copy licence delivered to multiple recipients?
We deliver multi-copy licence items to a single specified recipient. It is then your responsibility to distribute it to others within your organisation. If you want us to send separate copies to named individuals, each must have a separate single-copy licence.
I bought a single-user licence. How can I upgrade it so I can share it with other people in my organisation?
Our online order form now includes an option to upgrade your licence from single to multi-copy.
I'd like to put your publication on my organisation's intranet
To publish any of our publications on your organisation's intranet you will require a site licence. To arrange a site licence: - Calculate the number of regular active readers you expect to make use of the publication.
- Email us at [email protected] to let us know the number of readers you have estimated. Please give a phone number where we can reach you in case of any queries.
- If we are happy with your estimate, we will email back our quotation.
- The site licence price for a given number of users is normally the same as the equivalent multi-copy price.
- Place your order in the normal way and your site licence will be confirmed as soon as we have received payment.
- You are responsible for monitoring the number of users.
- If the number of users rises above your estimate during the licence period, you will need to purchase an upgrade to the licence to cover the extra users for the remainder of the licence term.
Please remember, a site licence is strictly for internal use only, of both electronic and printed copies.
I want to backdate my subscription to start from your first issue.
Select January 1999 as your start date and we will send our first two issues, published November and December 1998, free of charge.
When paying with my Amex card, the system fails to authorise the transaction.
Our payment processor, Netbanx Limited, is working with Amex to resolve this problem and says they will have it fixed by the end of the year. We are working hard to put a faster fix in place and in the meantime wish to apologise to our Amex cardholder customers. This random problem may not affect you, but if it does our experience is that it recurs on average three out of every four attempts, or more if you retry many times on a single occasion. Other cards are not affected and if you have an alternative card available we recommend you use this instead. Alternatively, you can pay by direct transfer from your bank. To place your order online for payment against invoice, click here>>. But please note we must receive your cleared payment before we can send you any publications.
Can I place my credit card order by telephone, fax or email?
Sorry, we currently only take credit card orders through our online order form. Please do not send us your credit card details by any other method since we cannot use them to process your order.
