The ASP News Review newsletter and associated reports are sold in the form of a licence which permits your organisation to make a limited number of copies of the document under the following terms.
- We will deliver to you a single electronic copy of the document which you may not reformat, edit or alter in any way.
You may distribute copies of the document to individual users within your organisation up to the maximum specified when you purchased the licence.
Each individual user shall have the right to hold a single, discrete electronic copy of the document and to make a single printed copy of the document.
Printed copies may not be photocopied or otherwise further reproduced in any way.
If you wish to make additional copies beyond the limit specified when you purchased the licence, you must apply to Farleit Limited for a licence upgrade.
Your licence is for internal use only. You may not distribute any copy of any publication to any party outside your organisation.
You may quote or paraphrase on the same terms laid out under the heading "copyright terms" above, provided that such use does not extend to entire pages or chapters.
Farleit Limited will continue to own all right, title, and interest in and to all publications, including without limitation all copyrights and trade-secrets rights.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
- Payment and termination
- Payment terms are strictly in advance. We cannot deliver publications to you until your payment has been received and cleared by our bank.
Subscriptions made payable by the continuous payment method from a credit, debit or charge card account shall be deemed to continue indefinitely until terminated by either party.
Farleit Limited will give continuous payment subscribers a minimum of 30 days notice of any increase in the subscription rate.
Subscriptions paid annually are deemed to be one-off payments. However, a pro-rata refund of the unused portion will be made to any subscriber who terminates their subscription in accordance with these terms.
Farleit Limited will remind annual subscribers to renew their subscriptions at least 60 days in advance of the expiry of any existing subscription.
Subscriptions may be terminated at any time by either party on giving thirty (30) calendar days' notice in writing.
Delivery:
- Publications are delivered in electronic format by electronic transmission only. We will not supply publications on paper or on disk.
We will endeavour to deliver publications either on the day of publication or within 24 hours of payment being cleared by our bank, whichever is the later.
We will not be liable for any failure to render services due to any cause beyond our reasonable control, such as a catastrophe of nature, governmental action, computer or Internet failures, labour difficulties or nonperformance of a supplier.
Other terms:
- Licence terms, copyright terms and disclaimer notices as set out in separate sections on this page shall be deemed part of these terms and conditions of sale.
Neither party may assign this agreement without the written consent of the other party, except that either party may assign it to a corporation or organisation into which it is merged or acquired and which expressly accepts and agrees to be bound its terms.
The ASP News Review site collects information from users only with their knowing, active permission and participation. Information submitted to this site will only be used for the purpose for which it is expressly collected, which purposes may include republication on this site or in other Farleit Limited publications.
Farleit Limited does not disclose, distribute or rent its email subscriber newsletter list to any third party, nor shall it permit anyone else to do so.
